If the earth is flat, then the Gulf of Mexico and The Pacific should be at the same level at all times. The Panama Canal connects these two vast bodies of water via the shortest land route available. The canal has locks. Is water not maintaining a level as predicted by the Flat Earth model?
I made a major blunder here. I stated that the Panama Canal connects the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific. It actually connects the Caribbean to the Pacific. The question still stands though.
Flat Earth: Why does the Panama Canal require locks?
