Flat Earth: Lunar Libration; Testing Kepler

Another flat earth video. I put Sir Isaac Newton and Johannes Kepler to the test with an observation that is predicted by their theories. Does the moon wiggle in its orbit? If it has a constant axial rotation and orbits the earth in an ellipse, then it should.
