On Harvard’s web-page http://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/2008Obs…128..231G there’s a book titled “Copernicus and Ibn Al-Shatir: does the Copernican revolution have Islamic roots?” from Algerian astrophysicist Nidhal Guessoum.
He’s NASA’s boy and since he claimed that ALL Muslim astronomers accepted geocentrism, but he’s not as astronomer – he told he’s not a Muslim, in his own words. But being with NASA is telling all about his beliefs.
Anyways, he’s just one of idiots who was trying to prove that Copernicus didn’t get all good in his works from best astronomer in history – Ibn ash-Shatir.
NASA and others are still using Shatir’s (and other Muslim astronomers’) Zij (tables with data), which are 100% correct and easy to check. It’s a shame we, Muslims at the first place and all others as well, are not using correct data, we are accepting Hollywood and Disney instead.
I’d like to add that ALL Muslim atronomers used astrolabe in their calculations. No mather if Muslims or not, but all who were using astrolabe knew that the Earth is flat, otherwise astrolabe cannot work.
Even later, sextants’ functioning was based on Earth being flat.
That’s why nobody’s using them anymore, we all are using false data: with leap year, leap minute, leap second and many other leap things. All is leap in our world and in us, we miss something big – we miss the Truth.
Discard all you or others’ you believe cannot prove and accept only the Truth.
God bless and peace.
Flat Earth: ALL Muslim astronomers knew this
