Flat Earth Ferris Wheel - Revisiting the Zig-Zag Argument

Various flat earthers (e.g.., Odiupicku, My Perspective, MrThriveAndSurvive) have argued that the Arctic midnight sun video(s) should show the mountains/sun zig-zagging or at least changing in directional speed throughout the day under the purported globe model.

Is this a valid argument? Here’s my test.
